Gail is meticulous in setting up your work out custom to, well, YOU. She takes the time to observe at every session what you do well and what you struggle with, and she adjusts accordingly. So what you could barely do in a session you may just be crushing in subsequent sessions. She can detect the slightest position that is out of alignment and make a quick and easy correction. She will recognize when you are struggling but she will push you to perform and achieve your personal best.
